Kelburn Retreat
A holiday rental property needing a site that converts browsers into bookers. Built with integrated calendar sync (Airbnb + Booking.com), dynamic seasonal pricing, booking request forms, and a self-managed admin panel — so the owner never needs a developer for day-to-day updates.
I came to Tim with two holiday rental properties and a vague idea of what I needed. What I got back exceeded everything I expected — and fast.
Within days I had two fully built, professional websites that actually think about my business: integrated calendars syncing with Airbnb and Booking.com, dynamic seasonal pricing, booking request forms, and an admin panel I can use myself without touching a line of code. That last part matters more than people realise. I'm a property owner, not a developer. Being able to jump in and update my own content, pricing, and photos without calling anyone — that's freedom.

Sister site to Kelburn Retreat for the same client. Two properties, same standards — each with its own distinct feel suited to the property. Fast turnaround, live simultaneously.
Caroline's Estate Clearance
Estate is a boutique Wellington clearance service founded by Caroline Mills — handling the belongings left behind after someone dies. It's deeply personal work, and the site had to feel that way. Warm, unhurried, and human. The kind of thing you'd send to a grieving family member without hesitation.
I came to Tim with a rough idea of what I wanted. What I got was so much more. Before a single design was drafted, Tim took the time to sit down with me, learn what my business actually does, and ask the kind of thoughtful questions that helped me focus on what the website needed to achieve — not just what I thought I wanted. That process alone was invaluable.
